Hello

Hello again.

I kinda said this was a daily thing but it seems like it's more of a weekly?
Actually more of a whenever-y.

I've been very busy last week, but not in the way you would usually be busy.
I have been busy thinking.
And specifically I have been thinking about feeling, maybe the most complicated topic I have ever tried to understand. (and I understand some absurd shit.)

The reason I want to understand feelings is because I want to create art that envokes feelings like they are actually yours(?) ok. Wait.. I'll lay it out

A stimulus = a trigger that makes you feel something
For example: going for a fist bump when the other person is offering a handshake (stimulus for awkwardness and discomfort)
Feeling= the emotion evoked by the stimulus often portrayed in secondhand by words like: kindness. Happiness, fear, glee, etc.

I am not trying to create art that is portraying feeling, because explaining a feeling is always secondhand and up for interpretation. (strong/weak)
So I wouldn't want make lyrics saying "I'm sad" or "this is fun!"
Instead I would want to use stimuli to envelope the listener in emotion instead of telling them what to feel.
One album that does this really well is 'a crow looked at me' by mount eerie.

I honestly could talk hours on it but I think I can ponder on this topic for months and still not get it, it has to do with every thing we do, not just art. (Empathy and understanding)

In another note,
I'm doing really well :D
I have just been at a steady happy mood for the past week and I just wanted to share that :)
It will probably dip again soon if it's going well right now...

I'm going to sleep now, I really need it :v
Here is a picture of a sketch I made
